Minutes
Present: Jeremy Hall, Shawn Mullen, Dan Roy, Sheryl Dougherty, Deb Mckinney, Tim Adams, Jessica Rurka.
Call to Order: Deb Mckinney called the meeting to order.
Approval of the minutes of the December 5th , Regular Meeting
Dan Roy motioned to approve the minutes. Sheryl Dougherty seconded. All approved.

Unfinished Business
- Seamster Park Playground Fundraising opportunities/updates
- Kick Ball Tournament cancelled
The kickball tournament was cancelled due to lack of sign ups.
Being scheduled for May/June at Blackledge
Jeremy will distribute a list of the items we have so far.
- Reports from Fundraising Coordinator and PR Coordinator: NA
- Winter Programs update: Shawn Mullen gave a report on the status of Winter programs and updated the board on program numbers from the past calendar year.
New Business
- New Time Card system pilot program
We are looking into a new time system to get rid of paper time cards. This program will be tested with the Afternoon Adventures staff.

Director’s Report
Jeremy Hall updated the board on budget status.
